Conor McGregor is coming back and his return is the talk of the town! Among the biggest names in UFC, McGregor has been away since his loss against Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 and the controversial aftermath of the main event. Now that Khabib is back and has defeated Poirier to reclaim his UFC World Lightweight Championship, McGregor too, is eyeing a comeback.

Conor McGregor’s UFC Return: When Will He Be Back?

As of now there is no definite and official date as to when he plans to return, but we know that he has been teasing a return for quite some time now. Dana White had commented that McGregor’s UFC return will take place later this year – and McGregor too had made a cryptic tweet saying “Dublin, December 14”. Could this mean he is making a return at UFC 245?

No! This is just a ruse as McGregor likes to tease people. Based on the latest information, the Irishman isn’t expected to be back anytime before January 2020. This is mostly because he has a major TV appearance in Japan where he would be competing in physical strength against former boxing rival Floyd ‘The Money’ Mayweather.

Conor McGregor vs Dustin Poirier 2 at UFC 246?

McGregor and Poirier have both been teasing the fact that they are going to fight each other at some point in the future. Maybe some sort of a deal has been brokered between the two but has not been made public yet. Maybe the two are just teasing the crowds but will not fight each other! Who knows? Dana White.
